Hi Rob, Thank you very much for the reply! I set up a ddm file to point to a file in our own system, just to test the ddm server. I did a DSPPFM to the DDM file. It worked. After I get your email, I did DSPSVRAUTE, there is no entry there, so I did ADDSVRAUTE SERVER(QDDMSERVER), entered an entry for myself, entered my password also. I did the same thing on the target server too. However, when I did a DSPPFM to the DDM file, or call a rpgle program to access the ddmf, I still get the same message, with reason code 6. Anything else you can suggest me to try? Thanks a lot!
