RE: Trigger Programs & the Library List

Our solution is very similar to the "trigger mediator" already discussed on
this list: the trigger has to fire a simple program with no reference to
service programs or external files but only a local file or a data area
containing the library list to set. Once the library list is set just call
the real trigger program.
