The problem is that the trigger program fails because the job QZDASOINIT that updates the history file does not have the correct libraries in its library list.
I would suggest putting the triggers in the same libraries as the file that they're connected to. That way, you won't have this problem. It also solves some issues with backup/restore if I recall correctly (though, I don't remember what the issue was, so I could have that wrong.)
