RE: PTF application order

I actually did that already.  I downloaded some PTFs that were required
(as it turns out, I already had them, but they weren't applied because
of the KEYLOCK fiasco, but that's a different issue).

I think in general that other than the bandwidth issue (even on a T1,
group PTFs take several hours), there's a lot to be said for the FTP
route.
