Joe,

There is a system value (QIPLTYPE) that may be affecting it. Ours is set to '0' (unattended).

Well, I managed to apply the cume and all group PTFs in the course of a
(semi-)normal eight-hour day with downtime for only two IPLs. I loaded
one group from CDs, and while you do have to swap the CDs, it's faster
than waiting for them to load; then you just run the whole catalog.

Now, though, for some reason my IPLs are always attended. I can't seem
to get them to come up unattended. The front panel is set to normal,
but I keep getting the attended IPL screens.

Some setting I forgot, perhaps?

Joe
