Short answer: yes

But I presume that you would like more details ;)

The way to procceeds depends on how the 2 boxes à linked togeter. 
- you can always use tape  (SAVLIB on box 1 and RSTLIB on box 2)
- if the 2 boxes can see each other on the network (via IP), you have several 
options (FTP, SNADS, SAVRSTLIB ...)
