I think I have seen this for a couple of different reasons.

One reason for it is when doing WRKDBF on a LF where the fields are renamed
from the PF.  If the keys (or select/omit I can't remember which) in the LF
are the original names, WRKDBF does no records.

I think also it has a problem sometimes when an *ISO date field (or
timestamp) is a key field.
