WRKDBF - a) doc b) false DBU0008-INFO: No data to display.

a)  Doc
I realize that WRKDBF is now dead.  However, I was wondering if any of you 
had the documentation for Version: V10.10.03.  If so, can I get someone to 
mail me a copy, offlist?  Or a link to where I can download it.

b)  false DBU0008-INFO: No data to display.
If I have a PF with a unique descending key I get DBU0008.  The file does 
have a record.
Changing the command from
WRKDBF FILENAME(CRAIGS/BKARPH)
to
WRKDBF FILENAME(CRAIGS/BKARPH) ACCESS(*RRN)
will show you the record.
