since IBM is gearing down the CPU of the 520 to only 20% of capacity,
the 100 minutes on one system vs 20 minutes on the other could be due
to the faster system running at pSeries speed and the slower one
running at iSeries, slowed down, speed.  Marco, you might have a
faulty governor on the fast system.  Please replace it immediately!
