Give some thought to making a name for your system and implementing that
first, step by step.  Lets say their naming scheme is for astronomy.  You
could call your machine Copernicus, and put Copernicus in your name server. 
Then, when the IP address changed for Copernicus, you'd be all done, ahead
of time.  Nothing to change, anywhere.

Our network people are going through the process of redoing the entire
network which includes new I/P addresses.  Our problem is going to be
when the iSeries I/P addresses change and we have to change all the PCs
using Client Access (or iSeries Access).
 
Is there a way to write a script that would change the names and I/P
address for Navigator and the 5250 display sessions?  If so, could
someone help me on this.
