Don't forget the 1401. The first system to popularize RPG. There's a working System/3 simulator (google SIMH) for the PC which includes the RPG & Cobol compilers. Unfortuately no CCP. 1401 emulation was included with the 360/370. You could run hercules (360/370/390 hardware emulator) and have the 360 RPG compiler as well.
