You may have to route your iSeries email through your company's regular email router to solve the first problem. The second is changed under WRKDIRE. Find the profile that is sending the email, take the option to change, then F19 to Change name for SMTP. This allow us to response to cycle and backup error. We now have an issue where two of our operator are not getting the alert message. The first two cell phone are with Cingular and the other two are Nextel. The Cingular cell phone are getting the alert messages, but the Nextel are not. We were thing that Nextel has put in a block that stop our e-mail from going because we do not have an return e-mail setup on the AS/400, that I know of. I also noticed that when we send e-mail from the AS/400 it has our old company name on it, as the sender. How do we change this?
