Your older-copy-at-the-bank, newest-one-at-home sounds like the next best thing. Unless you're applying PTFs, the system portion of an option 21 tape is the same, so the older/newest systems are the same.
The SAVSECDTA and save user profile portions are, of course, new every time (assuming new users and new object authority).
