RE: IPDS printing "off"

I've had printers do that before (autocfg) but that didn't happen on this
one. AFP is *YES and FORMDF is F1C10110.

Check the device description, it probably autoconfigured to something else.
Especially check FORMDF and whether AFP is *YES.
