Might be time to get hold of IBM; we keep printed copies of the config going
way back and I just went through each option and of course NOTHING has
changed :-(

There are two possible reasons:

they modified the starting point via printer menu (but I dont think so)

the modified the hardware setting regarding the paper load

We have 2 inforpint 40 (same printer config and same device congif) and
after service they print starting from slightly different position.
