OK, so as it turns out the Value does come with the ethernet and dvd, so
the revised value price is $17,332 or $173.32/mo lease.  Given the
software and maint. is 99% off and that's the only difference between the
two configs after you add those features above the value is clearly the
better lease option since it saves about $50/mo.  The Express is still
clearly the better purchase option, however.  All this only applies to
ISVs using PartnerWorld.
