Does anyone know if the Value editions come with any of the peripheral
hardware features the Express models have such as tape drive,
ethernet/twinax IOAs, WAN, etc.?  That could very well make the difference
in price even with the 0.5% lower lease rate if one had to add all that. 
DASD would definitely have to be added and in some cases main memory as
well to bring a base Value box up to Express base configuration levels.
