one other way is to use my WRKODBCJOB command (
http://home.columbus.rr.com/jbmmdietz/iseries.html )

then you can use the command like this:
WRKODBCJOB JOB_NAME(QTFTP*) SRV_USER(*ALL)

this command is a nice way to see ANY jobs serviceing user id
