If you prepare each and every field with apostrophes at the beginning and
end and use a comma delimiter all fields should work correctly, even fields
with apostrophes and commas in them. 
 
At least, that works for me....  I think.

That's what I've been doing as well. I just wanted to make sure there

I've always had to "prepare" the file ahead of time with an RPG program
that looks for quotes and apostrophes in various fields and replace them
with blanks. I recall some discussion in the archives regarding someone
dealing with a 15" pizza. You can guess that I missed lunch today...
