We have a 520 also and our CE taught me to turn off the light myself.  It's
done by using F6 to "Acknowledge All Errors" in the SERVICE ACTION LOG
option in the hardware service manager of SST.

Mine too.

Good luck getting the CE to take the time.  Dave is in training so it was
"Tom" who was here yesterday.  Knew his stuff OK but got paged at least 6
times when he was here.  Busier than a one-arm paper hanger with jock itch.
