I want to be able to issue an SQL request via CL after formatting the SQL depending on parameters passed in. I have heard that there is an API which allows this but the only one I can find is 'QxdaProcessImmediateEDRS'. I'm a newbie with APIs and I can't work out if I have the right API and if I do how do I call it because of the length of the API name. Or is there an even simpler way? Without resorting to RUNSQLSTM with dynamic updates to the source file. Thank You.
