Client access file transfer has a "wizard" (tool button on the far right)
that looks at the data and tries to create a target file of the correct
dimensions.  After you run the wizard, don't forget to click on the
"Transfer data to AS/400" to actually send the CSV data....

There is limitation with this , you need to know column width in advance, PF
shud be present...
any csv file(and any format), it shud create PF on fly, is there any
