I thought I had asked this before but I couldn't find a reference to it
either in my Sent items or in the archives....senior moment I guess...

During installation of an application, I need to check to make sure that
certain Licensed Programs are installed before proceeding (Like Qshell
and the 1.4 JDK....). Is there an API I can call to retrieve this
information? How about Group PTF's (Like the Java Group PTF's)? I
think these hang out in data areas but I am not sure.

Thanks,

Pete Helgren
