Agreed, Rob. An idea - we have got so used to sniping at IBM that this feels a 
little strange, but here goes--something like let's tell anyone we can at IBM 
that we appreciate the new efforts. And really mean it. An, at the same time, 
ask for more. With some helpful ideas, maybe.

Just a thought - a little honey instead of vinegar.
