Nice macro, for putting a border around a screen in Word. The set of 4 articles 
it comes from, however, still do not put in attributes. Article 2 explicitly 
states this. It is all based on Windows copy/paste. STRCPYSCN is about the 
easiest way to get the attribute bytes, probably the display APIs can, too.
