I believe you got power problems or a disk drive that will not "spin up" but the manual will tell you for sure.
This just get weirder...
I looked at that 250 again at lunch today. I tried to IPL from the A side and got the same thing. Tried to IPL and get into DST; nothing.
What it does at IPL is start through the "C" SRC's and eventually gets the B1014507 SRC.
