Next stupid question, is there any chance they did a backup (preferably
Option 21, but anything is a start.) before they took the system out of
service?

The problem is, they have some custom app on there they need. I asked
them
Friday what they could have on there that they have not needed the 3 or
4
years it has been stored. The guy (nice enough) said he wondered that
too,
but was just doing what they asked him to do...
