IBM will not provide windows fixes via PTFs to WSV. The fixes you get there are for the integration code (drivers basically). You will use standard windohs update to get fixes for windoze. What you DO want to do is wait a bit before going out and loading the latest fix to make sure that IBM hasn't determined there are issues with the fix and the integration code. So far this has been very rare.
