Your used 170 likely won't come with any of that stuff either, same problem. If it does come with that stuff it likely won't be licensed (i.e. it just didn't get deleted). Most of the systems I've seen on Ebay don't have it and they are also very very minimal systems (i.e. 1 disk drive and 256 MB memory) If you do your shopping well you may be able to find those pieces as it IS legal for you to purchase WDS (or any other licensed program) from a third party.

 Do your homework.
