Is there a way in V5R2 to unzip files with a .GZ extension?

Try looking up the thread on ZLIB, from a week or two ago. The AS/400 port of ZLIB includes a utility that might be able to handle a .GZ file. (It's certainly worth a try.) And ZLIB seems to work on anything from about V4R2 on, although the QSHELL utilities didn't seem to want to make themselves on our V4R2 box. (Not that I actually had any NEED for them; I just needed the *SRVPGM and the EXAMPLE source to play around with.
