what you need and without a lot of fuss or the techical troubles you seem to
have had in the past.

We are looking into emailing invoices and AR statements to our customers. It
was tried in the past, and they had complaints that the customers couldn't
open the document or it was gibberish. Do you typically use a software to
handle this task?
What are some other pitfalls?
