Re: Key Center (was WOW)

Now that sounds like fun. It's been a while, but my last experience with 
the key center was even less fun than getting a root canal. Fortunately, I 
had Buell Duncan's phone number. You shoulda heard the key center folks 
sit up and pay attention when I conferenced in Buell on a discussion I was 
having with them regarding entitlement issues...... :-))

Apparently you've never worked with RedHat!  You think the key center is 
bad (and it's really not any more though sporadic troubles exist) RedHat 
is a nightmare. If you lose your entitlements they basically are 
helpless to get you replacements even if you prove who you are, that you 
ordered them that you paid for them etc. They'll even agree that yes you 
own them and that they sent them to you, but they can't resend. Simply 
incredible.
