Come on guys, I'm not a complete idiot... I know how to do a screen print
using the Screen Print button, using a mouse and selecting the desired
text and using a screen capture utility.
Read the subject here, please! I'm looking for a Word MACRO that will
copy the screen and its underline attributes into an open document.

The simplest way I know is to just use your mouse to create a "selection
box", copy the contents, and then paste into Word.
