You're right, Rob. I think I was thinking more along the lines that you can create your entire database without constraints and still use it just fine. But as Charles points out, you can do that in any RDBMS. So in fact, the iSeries seems pretty solid from a rule 12 standpoint. Thanks for pointing that out.
