What I say here may not apply to upgrades, so please bear with me. I don't 
think you should segregate all the different PTF things. You have a CUME and 
GROUPS, etc. Just make a single image catalog, put all the CUMEs, group PTFs, 
and individual things you order in there. Then take the Verify option for *PTFs 
and let it straighten itself out. Then you are good to go home, once it starts.
