I agree Ken and I can spend hours and volumes talking about what is
'cheaper', what is better, and TCO.....but I guess it's a dead horse and
I'm preaching to the choir.....
But, it would be cool to see the Laughing Boardroom series makes it's way
to the television. They have Malcolm written all over it.....funny, makes
the point, and differentiates the iSeries from the rest.......

I very much agree with you John. I'm seeing a lot of /400 drops
, in favour of some cheaper server machines.
That 'differentiating' is just not filtering through to the
buying authorities, they're just looking at bottom
line costs, rather than TCO
It's a changing world out there, and if IBM's revenues from the
ISeries are any indication, they're
losing the battle.....notice I didn't say war <grin>
