Hello,
I have configured a Perle 494-E for AnyNet/TCPIP services. I have
obtained a signon screen on the attached NWS.
I have an issue that after a while (1 hour or so), the signon will
disappear (even after waking up from sleep mode), but the as/400 still
shows that this NWS has a signon display. I have to vary off/on the
controller to get the display back.
I've used the standard default for controller setup, likewise for the
as/400 using a single APPC controller description for this 5494
controller description.
A call to IBM have suggested to change the default AnyNet keep alive
values, but they won't say what to change them to.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Gary Luz
