Would they consider an allocation based upon mutual agreement of value
received instead of by disk/time/users?  It would worry me that department
managers would eventually cut their costs by replacing their use of the
iSeries with spreadsheets, demanding that IT provide all data once a night
in a excel spreadsheet?
