Another option is to execute EDTF '/' or DSPF '/' - both are the same for this purpose. On the resulting display you can take option 9 to delete a directory and all its contents. If you need to go down a level, use option 2 or 5 on a directory, etc. Do you need to delete IBM stuff, too? Most product stuff should be removed with DLTLICPGM, so I assume this is for whatever is left over.
