In my case, every time I need to increase the number of my portable tablets, Microsoft has forced a new Operating System out so you can no longer get the previous versions. And Guess What? The stuff we wrote for the old opsys doesn't work on the new one... <grrrrrr> I still have pgms that haven't been touched since 89 on my iSeries... - That is value. In the first case, as soon as anyone in the office 'needs' the new feature, everyone has to have a copy to be compatible. In the second case, everyone has to upgrade so that they can read the files that everyone else is creating. --Paul E musselman PaulMmn@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >I'm curious, what makes a Windows box "go" out of date.
