RE: V4R5 to V5R2 FTP script error

Add namefmt 0 for library naming or 1 for IFS naming.  The default probably
changed as part of the upgrade.

Chgftpa and see what the name format is?  Path or Lib?

A script that used to work until we upgraded this weekend from V4R5 to V5R2

The two SYSCMD lines fail.
FTP log: Error message ID= CPF0001
Joblog: Command CHGCURLIB in library *libl not allowed.
            Command RMVLIBLE in library *libl not allowed.
