Does anyone have any information on how to perform a GIG MIG at V4R5?

I am wanting to replace 5 x 4GB with 5 x 17GB drives. I have been advised
there is a procedure that will migrate the data off the 4GB drives onto the
remaining DASD. I will then put in the new drives and balance the data
across all the drives. My current system is at V4R5 and is sitting at 82%
utilisation of DASD.
