Pete,

How did you know that your RCLSTG was hung?  Being as ours can run 14 
hours.  And on another machine that we do more often, the number of 
objects processed often stays at a certain number for a couple of hours.

   Yes I have seen this.  We fixed it on one machine by doing a RCLSTG and
   Omitting the DBXREF, and then when that was done, we ran the RCLSTG and
   only doing the DBXREF. 

       That seemed to work, otherwise the RCLSTG would just hang.  This 
was
   done on a V5R1 machine.

   command). Report any messages in these job logs that can be used to
