Recovery  . . . :   Look at the QDBSRVXR or QDBSRVXR2 job log (DSPJOBLOG

  command). Report any messages in these job logs that can be used to

  the problem.  Report the problem (ANZPRB command).

I'm not sure if it's really the same, but quite a few years back I ran into a problem with corrupted system reference files. There was a program on the system that I called as instructed by level 2 support, that fixed the problem. I'd do just as the message says.
