Perhaps someone else can help you out with ordering a cd-rom.  It'd be
cheaper and faster if whoever has the cd-rom could just burn you a copy and
mail it to you.

Otherwise, I'd just suggest using the InfoCenter on IBM's web site:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r2/ic2924/index.htm.  It will be
more up-to-date than the cd-rom and links work better.
