IBM has gone to the Information Center for that topic. You can get a local copy running on a PC or your iSeries that can be updated periodically by a download from IBM. That's I think as close as you can get. You were shipped an info center CD with the OS, or you can re-order. The V5R3 version is SK3T-4091-04 (V5R2 may very well be -03) I run it on my laptop and it works very well. The search engine even returns reasonable results faster than the www version!
