I've asked myself the same question, and not answered it yet. Should I just use an older PC and load it up with 500gb of storage and back up everything there? Then how do I back IT up? And reliability? And then do I get to the point of getting a SAN instead? How far do I take it? Oh, wait. It's just me here. I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible. <g> My motto: I can learn _anything_, but I can't learn _everything_. -- Jeff Crosby Dilgard Frozen Foods, Inc. P.O. Box 13369 Ft.
