I once ran into a situation where the IT director was convinced his system was locked down. That is, until I signed on as a normal user and pulled up his previous year's W2 spool file. Don't you have any restricted spool files on your system? If you implement this as planned anybody will be able to email themselves a copy of the restricted spool file.
