Last used is sometimes a [problem. If it is blank, I believe if the system 
'crashes' all the files get a blank for last used. 
On my system, I have many files that were last used in 1996. It is safe to say 
that there is no longer any value in them.
 
We have a space problem, and I know many have said it is not worth the time, 
but the company is not doing so well, they posted a loss last quarter. So every 
expenditure is measured. Even though I agree the time is not worth the cost of 
the extra disk, this company is looking to save actual $.

DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALL/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*LIB *FILE)
OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE($DODLIBFIL)

"Last used" is an ambiguous term. Using the above command, every library
that shows up has blanks in the "Last Used Date" field. Not sure how you'll
get that information, unless you test the last used date for every object in
a given library; the highest date you find will be the "Last Used Date" for
the library.
