I don't think there is a cost for member level in Partner World for Developers. There are additional offerings that cost, such as Software Access, where you can get CDs of software, etc. But the download evaluation thing is a free offering.

Requirements are to create a profile, where you list your product and anticipated completion date. You update this every year. Then you have to accept some agreement. Finally, have a current email address in your profile.

Worth a look, I'd say. And sometimes IBM gives you an extra bone. And we don't pay anything on an annual basis. And we're an Advanced level partner.

You then get to put your product(s) in the IBM Global Solutions directory, which ain't all bad. Plus you can get the serverProven thing, use the logos, etc.
